The Dodge County Humane Society is located at N6839 State Road 26, Juneau, Wisconsin, just south of the intersection of Highways 33 and 26.  Make sure to visit our Thrift Store, which is located in the back of the shelter.

Home for the Holidays!  From now until December 20, all adoption fees are reduced by $25.00.  Help us find as many homes for our pets as possible! 

Shelter Hours:
Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays:  1pm - 5pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays:  1pm - 7pm
Sundays, Wednesdays, and Holidays:  Closed

Since we have a great multi-purpose room and adopt out a lot of dogs, we are starting to offer doggie daycare at the shelter Mondays - Fridays, from 7:00 am - 5:30 pm.  Dogs in the day care will have their own outdoor play area and will not interact with shelter dogs.  The fee is $10.00/day and $15.00 on holidays/special occasions.  

Our doggie daycare is structured and dogs will always be supervised by knowledgeable staff.   Advanced registration is required since space is limited.  Dogs over 6 months of age must be altered to attend and proof of vaccinations is required.   To register, contact the shelter at 920.386.0000.  

Christmas Pictures - December 6 & 7 from 12-5pm at the humane society.   Appointments are appreciated!  Sitting fee is $5.00 per child/pet.  Saturday Santa is staying home, so this is a grea time for shy kids and pets.   Santa will be here on Sunday and we'll have cookie and treat decorating for the kids. 

Day Camp for Kids - December 13 from 1pm - 5pm.  Kids ages 5-12 are invited to attend an an afternoon of fun.  We'll be watching a movie, make cat houses, and some snacks.  It's a perfect opportunity for parents to get some last minute shopping done.   Attendance is limit to 50 kids.  Cost is $5.00 per child.  Call to reserve your spot!

Spaghetti Dinner - Saurday, January 3, 2009, 5-8pm.   Tired of cooking over the holidays?  Join us for a delicious meal and evening of fun at the Bayside Supper Club on Highway G, just outside of Beaver Dam.  We'll be serving a delicious spaghetti dinner with all the fixin's.  Plus, there's a silent auction, bake sale, and 50/50 raffle.     Adult tickets:  $7.00 advanced; $8.00 at the door; Children (5-12) are $4.00 advanced; $5.00 at the door.  Children 4 and under are free.
