Surrender A Pet

Use the form below to tell us about the pet you would like to surrender.

In order to ensure we have space available, we prefer to take in surrenders by appointment. If an appointment is made, we ask for a $25.00 surrender fee for an altered animal and $50.00 for an unaltered animal. If no appointment is made, then we ask for a $50.00 surrender fee for an altered animal and $100.00 for an unaltered animal.
