Arlo is a very happy exited doggie. Although he’s part beagle he’s not a big barker. He’s potty trained and knows basic commands. Sit, stay, come, out (if he’s in the kitchen). Although Arlo is crate trained we haven’t had him in one in a couple years. Be sure to hide all snacks if leaving the house. Arlo can be around dogs in passing or for a small conversation if on a walk. He doesn’t like hanging out with other dogs for a long period of time. Arlo has lived with our cat his whole life and there is no problems at all. He’s okay with small kids he just has a lot of energy and not a lot of body awareness. He’s a great running dog but will also hang out on the couch all day. He doesn’t have too many toys as he does not like to give them up. He’s good about staying in the back yard even without a fence once he knows the property line. Arlo is a fun dog to have around if given the chance.
